$150 (All demo dog spaces have been filled.)

Join us for a day of lecture with demonstrations and coaching with Barbara Schwerdt in a fun trial-like location in San Luis Obispo. We will be addressing several more advanced odor challenges. In the morning, we will be focusing on trapping/pooling odor and in the afternoon,  we will cover elevated hide challenges.

The seminar format will include lecture and running 16 demo dogs with input from Barbara on the searches/handling. Whether you are running a demo dog or watching and listening, there will be lots to learn from one of our favorite NW experts!

We will select demo dogs based on participants that have registered for the seminar. If you are interested in a demo spot, you will need to complete the “Demo Dog” Questionnaire. A link to the questionnaire will be available in your seminar confirmation email. We are looking for a variety of breeds, sizes, ages and experience in the dogs selected so that everyone participating in the seminar can benefit from nose work demonstrations. Dogs need to be on all three odors. Demo dogs must be comfortable in a seminar setting. Please no reactive, aggressive or environmentally sensitive dogs. We will select 8 dogs to demo in the morning and 8 different dogs to demo in the afternoon. We will let you know if your dog is selected.  If your dog is selected there will be an additional $50 fee.  We will send you a link for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the seminar.  We will process a refund less $25 processing fee. For late cancellation, we will refund registration fee (less $25 service fee) only if we can fill your spot.
